DESCRIPTION

A dreamy place to rest after a long day's trek. I took this photo in August 2021 in the Wind River Range in Wyoming, just above Island lake. I watched the thunderstorm pass as I fished for brook trout in crystal clear pools. The sky would turn purple this evening, casting the landscape in an ethereal glow. This place is rugged, filled with wildflowers, lakes, valleys, meadows and glaciers. 

ABOUT THE PRINT

All prints in my store are produced by The Print Space, using my original images. The Epson Semi-Gloss Giclee paper was selected for its distinct photographic paper qualities. The flat surface and robust feel of this paper hold color saturation and high-contrast images well. As its name suggests, the surface of this fine art paper is semi-gloss with a resin coating which combined make this our strongest yet lightest paper in the Giclee range. A small, discreet signature is in the bottom left corner.
